The simple way to build your breathing
I purchased this feeling very sceptical. A friend of mine recommended it so I thought I'd give it a go.
Practising after using the breath builder, I felt I could take proper relaxed, deeper breaths and sustain notes longer. It doesn't necessarily build your lung capacity, but it does help you to learn to breath deeper and in a relaxed way.

A very innovative and effective design. It really does some seriously exercise to the breathing muscles. Highly recommended.
