This is a very nice alto sax case. The handles are amazing and the backpack straps seems like they will last for a while. This Thomann case is replacing a ProTec Contoured case and as far as I can tell, it will protect my alto as well as the ProTec did.

Use:
I play in a professional big band and I am a band director, so I am always on the move and wanted a case that I could handle my lifestyle.

Pros:
Price is a huge pro. When the case is closed and I shake the case, I don't hear or feel any movement, which is super important. This is everything I wanted in a case, so everything.

Cons:
None so far.

Very Good Case

I know, 60 bucks for a solid alto sax case seems to good to be true, but it's actually an incredible case. This is my third and best alto sax case I've had. I don't go on airplanes so admittedly, it might not be sturdy enough for that type of thing. In that case (no pun intended) I'd advise to get a hardcase. Otherwise this is very good, and it gets you a nice front patch to put your sheet music or ipad in.

C
Good Quailty, solid build
Colin672 23.02.2017
Slightly bigger than my previous case. Strong handles on top and side. Backpack style straps are a bonus. Addition shoulder strap provided. Interior has shaped cavities for instrument and accessories. Mouthpiece cavity is too small for mouthpiece and guard. Lots of space for reed etc. Large front pocket that can easily fit A4 music sheets and books.
Great value.
