Moje zastosowanie dla struny jest dosc nietypowe, chociaz mysle, ze coraz czesciej instrumentalisci folkowi moga po to siegac. Stosuja te strune jako struna melodyczna do liry korbowej. Kupilam ja z polecenia autora mojego instrumentu i rzeczywiscie jestem zadowolona. Struna jest glosna i nadaje instrumentowi szlachetne, lekko klasyczne brzmienie. Dobrze, ze mam miejsce na 2 struny melodyczne i moge wybierac brzmienia, wiec druga jest jelitowa na sytuacje, kiedy chce aby gralo troche bardziej "folkowo" :D Czasem tez gram na obydwu naraz (grajz w odleglosci oktawy) i wtedy Thomastick stanowi rodzaj octavera i ociepla troche brzmienie tej jelitowej.

Nachdem ich bereits die Thomastik Vision D Viola für ein Instrument in D sehr gut fand, wollte ich für eine Leier in G auch die Thomastik Vision G Viola medium probieren. Vor allem durch den geringen Saitenzug eignet sie sich hervorragend für die Drehleier. Die Vision G medium klingt sauber, ist stimmstabil (Synthetic Core) und auch nicht übermäßig teuer. Ich werde bei diesen Saiten bleiben! Danke, ihr Thomänner, für das Angebot.
