Doesn't fit all Yamaha cases

This flute swab is the best choice if you should be careful with the flute. It's made of plastic and doesn't damage the flute as the steel-swabs can do.

What's good to know is that this swab doesn't fit into all Yamaha-cases (haven't tried any other brands). It's made to fit in the newest version of Yamaha-flute-cases. (The ones with the swab in the middle in between the flute-parts.) This swab is not made for the older cases that use to have a steel-swab. It's to thick to fit.

N'ayant plus d'écouvillon pour ma flûte traversière, j'ai choisi celui-ci. Il est assez long, rigide et de bonne qualité, bien fini. On peut y passer un chiffon relativement épais, c'est pratique. Il est donc parfait pour une flûte traversière.
Par contre, il ne convient pas pour un flûte à bec, attention !
