Possibly among the best piano for beginners or people on a budget.
BassGoesBoom, 01.01.2018
I bought this as my first piano/keyboard, I send it back after trying it out for a week... not because it was bad, but because I figured that with exams coming up I had some time to save money for another model.

Pros:
-good overall quality for its price, possibly the best best in its price range
-cheap (on this website)
-lightweight & compact
-more than 61 keys
-simple interface and easy to use
-good sounds
-touch sensitive
-semi weighted keys (fully acceptable in this price range imo)
-adaptor, music stand, and instructions are included

Cons:
-72 keys might still not be fully satisfactory
-'only' 10 sounds, although this is an advantage for people like me who like to keep it simple
-the 'clicking' noise of the keys is notable when playing on lower volumes
-keys are slightly thinner than on regular pianos (an octave is 0.5cm shorter), might be advantageous for people with smaller hands though.

If you're serious about learning piano, and have the money available, I suggest getting another, slightly more expensive model like the P-45. In any other case this piano is possibly one of the best choices you have and I'd certainly recommend it.

Honestly, just a product that fits it's description. Bought it for my wife so she can study piano and she is happy. Would have went for thomann's own brand, but she insisted on Yamaha, so there you go - a great Yamaha digital piano for a small price. The keys are not full weight, but otherwise my wife has her piano learnng experience.

This is an incredible bargain at this price, 76 keys stage piano from Yamaha .
Built -in speakers, 10 useful voices , runs on mains or bat ,headphones, line out, USB to computer, available in black or white .
The action ,light in the treble, heavy in the bass, takes a bit of getting used to .
I use mine to practise( phones)to play keyboard parts in Logic X ( big improvement on controller keyboard) and play through the inbuilt speakers .

Piano that's the way I need it
1-Mann-Band-Berlin, 11.04.2018
When I considered adding a new keyboard instrument, I wanted to achieve the following:

- Keyboard should be better than on my Yamaha PSR S-970 Keyboard
- Piano sound should sound good and authentic
- Weight should be as small as possible
- battery operation possible (street music planned)
- Built-in speakers, so I do not necessarily need an amplifier
- Price as low as possible - should also make it possible to make a performance as a pianist

Apparently my needs are well implemented with this instrument.

The keyboard is not quite optimal, but probably because the optimal keyboard would have excluded all other points. Better playable than my keyboards, it is definitely.
The piano sound sounds pleasant, not breathtakingly authentic, but I've had a compact piano before and the sound was similar and ok.
With the built-in speakers, I thought that I can use this in case of need, but otherwise take something external.
Last Monday I had an afternoon to accompany a singing together, there was a room that could accommodate about 30 people, there were 15.
For the occasion I rode the tram and realized how easy it is to transport.
Originally, I wanted to use a box amp that was present at the performance, but it did not sound good with this piano, more depths, but the rest of the sound was more uncomfortable.
So I took the built-in speakers and was amazed that except for the low frequency range (which is so weak that you can not hear the low keys on both e-piano sounds) it sounded not so bad with the normal piano sound.
The operation itself is a bit strange, have not yet figured out how to disable the automatic shutdown, the instrument unfortunately also forgets what settings you made in Transpose or reverb. I miss the fact that you can quickly turn off the effect. Accordingly, I have given only 4 stars in operation and features.
My next assignment will be a birthday, during which I play piano music with this instrument at dinner time and later with the arranger keyboard dance music, is better than trying to make the piano music on the arranger.
Overall, I do not regret the acquisition, I'm curious how it will do on the road.
