Excellent
mangomizer 11.05.2020
Currently have this piano in my bedroom where it doesn't take up a lot of space at all. The build quality is excellent - it is a very sturdy construction. I have it on carpet and it doesn't wobble at all. Assembly can be a bit tricky if you are doing it alone, because some parts are quite large and heavy.

As for the piano itself, I think the in-built speakers are a bit mediocre, but if you plug in a decent pair of headphones then the sound becomes excellent. The piano has all the basic features you would expect on any keyboard (eg. metronome, recording, a small selection of sounds). Finally, the keyboard action is good but could be better (difficult to play fast notes repeatedly).

The review may sound a bit critical but this is in fact a wonderful product to buy for the price, even if you are an amateur pianist.

C
Good mix of quality and budget
Colm74 13.12.2019
As this is the only digital piano I have ever used, I can't compare with others. Also, previous piano experience was on an old, damaged and out of tune piano! However, the feel and sound from the Arius YDP 144 is as good as I can imagine any piano feeling.
It is compact and fits neatly into the room. Being easy on the eye helps too.
Pedals are sturdy enough and have the feel of an acoustic. Best thing for me (and my daughter who is learning) is the app. The ability to play music stored on your phone, and have either sheet music, or the chords, on the screen, along with the headphones, is a godsend.
All in all, there's better and more expensive out there but, for the price, it's perfect for beginners, or those taking up the piano again.

Love it
TheAncient 19.05.2020
Of course is not like a real piano.
But still it is lovely, it sounds amazing. Perfect for the player that needs to study for the composer that needs a place where to isolate himself.
The usb connection makes it perfect to be used as a master keyboard or even to record through a usb audio. Nice is that if you connect an ipad the audio of any instruments you play from it will go through either the piano speaker or its headphones

S
Ok digital piano
Sara13 23.01.2021
Daily practicing on it, it's alright, though artificial aliquots are quite annoying if you practice with headphones. Otherwise, very good instrument for this price.
