All in all really good quality cymbal. The S series isn’t the top tier but for the price you can’t go wrong. Very happy to add it to the kit for something a little different.

Normalerweise spiele ich von Zildjian die A-Custom Becken, weil mir der "brilliante" Sound der Serie gefällt. Da ich Chinas nur für gewisse Akzente nutze, wollte ich aber nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben und habe mich für die S Serie entschieden und gehofft das sich der Sound gut einfügt.
Der Klang ist Chinatypisch scharf und laut. Es spricht schnell an und klingt auch nicht zu lang nach. Man kriegt auch sanft angespielt schon einen recht explosiven Sound aus den Becken raus. Die Verarbeitung ist wie bei Zildjian üblich, sehr sauber ausgeführt. Der klang des Becken fügt sich gut in meinen A-customs ein . Preis/Leistung= TOP

Ich habe mir das China letzten Monat bestellt und bin eigentlich zufrieden, jedoch kommt es bei mir vor, dass sich eine Art Echo entsteht wenn ich z.B. Achtel darauf spiele. Das kommt eventuell vom Schwingen. An sich ist der Sound für einen kurzen, lauten und attackreichen Effekt gut, da der Sound Richtung Crash geht. Ich bin zwar sehr trashigere Chinas à la 2002 18 China und Oriental China gewohnt, aber empfehle dieses China trotzdem gern weiter auf Grund des guten Preis/Leistung-Verhältnisses.
