Good strings

Ok, so I install them on my Legator N8FP but for this multiscale, those gauge were wrong. My guitar is in drop E and 0.74 is just too lose for this. Also other 7 strings are too tight, but it was my mistake. This string should fit better on 27 scale rather than 28 multiscale.

I use these for drop F# on a baritone scale, the strings are amazing. Fresh snappy sound, holds freshness for longer than other brands, holds tuning well after initial stretch.

Vorweg:

Ich verwende diesen Saitensatz nicht auf einer 8 saitigen Gitarre, sondern auf meiner 7 Saiter Ibanez RGD für Drop F. Dabei einfach die .064er Saite weggelassen. Das ergibt meiner Meinung nach einen sehr ausgeglichenen Satz was die Spannung angeht.

Sound:
Gefällt mir gut, im Gesamtbild sehr klar. Besonders die Tiefen Töne kommen noch sehr knackig rüber. Unplugged hören sie sich metallischer an als Saiten die ich bisher hatte.

Verarbeitung:
Kann ich nicht drüber klagen, es ist alles wie erwartet sauber verpackt und sonst fällt nichts negatives auf.

Haltbarkeit:
Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, die Saiten sind erst seit 2 Wochen auf der Gitarre. Bisher sieht aber alles Top aus.

Anmerkung:
Meine Gitarre hat eine 26.5" Mensur und string thru body Konstruktion, dabei endet die äußere Umwicklung der 0.74er Saite nur knapp 2,5 cm hinter dem Sattel. Wer also eine 8 Saiten mit meist längerer Mensur damit besaiten möchte sollte sich vorher Informieren, ob die Saiten lang genug sind.

Fazit:
Ich bin sehr mit diesen Saiten zufrieden. Wenn sie jetzt noch annehmbar lange halten werde ich mir definitiv wieder diesen Satz kaufen.
