Of course, we could just let the distributors and manufacturers take care of service and repair jobs and just have one guy organising return shipments, but we want to offer a skilled and qualified service facility to our customers, and we know that we can handle repairs more cost efficiently and quickly in house than any external service centre could do.
Electronics workshopIn our electronics workshop, trained employees - including some master technicians - take care of the repair and service of electronic equipment.
Loudspeaker workshopIn 1997 Thomann was the first retailer of musical equipment in Germany to open its own workshop for cabinet manufacturing,reconing, and repairing loudspeakers. We have a huge stock of parts from all the renowned manufacturers, which allows our specialists to overhaul almost any PA system within one week.
Guitar workshopBecause we check and adjust each of our own brand guitars before shipping, we have no less than three guitar workshops at Thomann - two inside our shipping department, and one in the store itself.
Piano workshopSeveral trained piano builders work in our Piano Department to ensure great after-sales service and care for your instrument.
Strings workshopString instruments are serviced and repaired in our in-house workshop. Each instrument is checked and adjusted prior to shipping to suit your playing style.
Wind instruments workshopOur brass and woodwind workshop takes care of the service and repair of every kind of brass and reed instrument. Even the most exquisite instruments are in good hands with our three brass and woodwind instrument builders.
