I use this on the remote pedal of my 5000 lefty and after a bit if fiddling to get right position find it invaluable for more energetic double bass pedal sequences where my right foot used to work itself up the board and beyond an effective position, the toe stops prevents this, really pleased I added it.

Habe 2 davon gekauft, um meine neue DW 7000 Double-Fussmaschine auszurüsten. Der Preis für die unscheinbaren Blechwinkel ist schlicht unverschämt. Bei Tama kostet das ein Viertel, bei Sonor ist es schon gleich im Lieferumfang dabei.

Richtig ärgerlich wird dann aber die Montage. Die beigelegte Kombination von Kreuzschlitzschraube und Stoppmutter stellt schon jedem halbwegs technisch versierten Menschen die Nackenhaare auf.
Die Kombination lässt sich an der Fussmaschine nur durch Einsatz eines Heissluftföhns lösen. Der schwarze Mattlack qualmt dann zwar schon, hält's aber gerade aus.

Beim Festschrauben fällt dann auf, dass weder die Kette, noch der Stopper eine Führung haben, so, dass sich ständig alles gegeneinander dreht.

Da kann man nur inständig hoffen, dass der der Rest der Fussmaschine nicht von Menschen mit ähnlichem technischem Sachverstand designt wurde.

Unterstes Niveau kombiniert mit hohem Preis.
