The distressors are absolutely amazing. Great build quality, many features, very precise recall and most important great sound. They are my favorite compressors for snare, but they shine on basically everything! You can't go wrong investing in distressors for tracking, mixing and live sound!

Klanglich genial und äusserst vielseitger Kompressor. Ich setzte meine Stereogelinkten Distressoren für Parallelkompression, Vocalaufnahmen und Bässe ein.

Difficile de trouver mieux ! pour le mix analogique ou hybride et les Bus stéréo

Reçu il y a deux jours, je les avais vu en action sur des prises drums mais j’avoue qu’il y a longtemps que je rêvais de remettre les doigts sur cette bestiole… j’ai opté pour une version appairée pour traiter des mix bus et le mode link qui peut être utile (mais je travaille toujours en séparé même sur des unités stéréo 2u ou plus). Ma première réaction a été de passer un full mix et low cut sur le detector… woOoww !!!! De la TNT dans un étui moltonné !
Ce truc est incroyable, ultra versatile et dépendant de ce qu’on souhaite obtenir c’est fait en deux tours de boutons: incroyablement facile à manipuler ! j’ai enchaîné sur des bus drums, vocals et full instru … j’ai même testé en bus master avec des réglages doux ça sonne toujours incroyable avec ce joli grain analogique et quelle dynamique !!! En injectant du numérique, il m’a rajouté de la dynamique même si je ne compressais pas beaucoup… je n’avais pu observer ça que lorsque je faisais passer un signal dans des transformers!
Mon avis ? Pourquoi ai-je mis aussi longtemps à acquérir cette unité ???(double et appairée dans mon cas) Si il existait une machine à remonter le temps, je reviendrai en arrière pour me botter le c…. LOL. ;p
