Habe nun mit dem Flexibrass begonnen. Die Wirkung auf den Unterkiefer ist interessant, man spürt die Muskeln.

Leider ist das Schlauchstück zu kurz, so dass die Teile andauernd auseinanderfallen. Sehr nervend.

Auch bin ich enttäuscht, dass keine "Betriebsanleitung" mitgegeben wird. Man ist gezwungen, einfach drauflos zu probieren, was mir nicht sonderlich behagt.
