I cannot recommend enough these aluminum gotoh tailpieces to epiphone owners. It’s a perfect replacement. Much lighter and brighter sounding than the stock one. There is no real advantage in a locking tailpiece anyway. More important is a locking tune-o matic bridge and I solved it with a tonepros. Together these two work perfect.

Great craftsmanship from Gotoh. Great packaging from Thomann.
