The all-rounder

With this high-quality guitar equipped with two splittable humbuckers (HH), you will be prepared for any scenario. The ergonomically designed body made of mahogany-like nyatoh with a high-gloss "Sparkle Pink" top finish is bolted to the roasted flamed maple neck in a truly traditional way. In addition, the fingerboard with a radius of 305mm is also made of roasted flamed maple, ensuring a snappy sound. To sum it up, tasteful looks, high flexibility, and tried-and-tested branded hardware and electronics come together here to create an affordable instrument that is suitable for a variety of genres.

Variety and aesthetics

The Fusion-III HH HT Roasted SSP model is a real eye-catcher. The nyatoh body comes with a high-gloss "Sparkle Pink" finish at the front and a transparent mahogany-style finish at the back, and the roasted bolt-on neck is made of Canadian flamed maple. This instrument is very comfortable to play thanks to its nut width of 42mm and its modern C neck profile. The roasted ebony fingerboard with 24 wear-free jumbo stainless steel frets is also more than an off-the-rack product. In addition, the guitar features a TUSQ nut, a WSC Hipshot-style HT bridge, and WSC staggered locking diecast machine heads. The electronics comprise two AlNiCo-5 vintage-style humbuckers made by Roswell, which are complemented by a three-way switch as well as potentiometers for volume and tone. The latter allows the humbuckers to be split via a push-pull function, thus also making single-coil sounds possible, and the jack socket is ergonomically recessed into the side of the body.

For beginners and smart spenders

The Fusion-III HH HT Roasted SSP is an affordable guitar that stands out from the crowd thanks to its numerous attractive and practical features. The roasted flamed maple neck alone is something rarely seen at this price point. As if that wasn't enough, the locking machine heads provide reliable tuning, while the stainless steel frets are characterised by minimal wear - so this instrument will be with you for the long haul. Thanks to the three-way switch and two splittable humbuckers, the guitar is extremely flexible in terms of sound and is able to cover many genres. This guitar is recommended for beginners who want to start with a high-quality instrument that will keep them happy in the long run, but smart spenders who want a particularly elegant and tonally flexible instrument at a budget-friendly price will also find what they are looking for here.

About Harley Benton

Since 1998, the Harley Benton brand has been catering for the needs of numerous guitarists and bassists. In addition to an extensive range of stringed instruments, Thomann's house brand also offers a wide choice of amplifiers, speakers, effect pedals, and other accessories. In total, the range includes over 1,500 products. Built by established names in the industry, all Harley Benton products combine quality and reliability at attractive and affordable prices. The continuous expansion of the range ensures that Harley Benton always provides new, exciting, and innovative products that keep players perfectly in tune with the musical world, day after day.

Sounds to suit any style

The Harley Benton Fusion-III HH HT Roasted SSP is prepared for every situation. The tone potentiometer allows the humbuckers to be split, thus also making single-coil sounds possible. Otherwise, the humbuckers provide the finest full-throttle Rock sound. The AlNiCo magnets of the humbuckers also add a vintage touch to the sound - from Blues to Metal and from Pop to Funk, no problem at all for the Fusion-III. Depending on the song and song part, you can vary the timbre and the degree of distortion to suit the mood, so changing your instrument for the sake of sound should be unnecessary on stage.

Game changer!

After trying a b-stock Harley Benton just to check out the brand, I was so impressed, I started looking for one of their higher end guitars. The day the Fusion III came out, I snatched one up. I've been looking for a roasted maple neck for 2 years, but the prices have really gone up. The prices for the HB roasted maple necks make them almost impossible to pass up. I really do love the "sparkle pink" color. It's more on the purple side - which is a plus. And, I love that it's sparkle pink on the front, then the binding, then an antique red for the back. It's beautiful.
Every inch of this guitar makes it worth more than the actual price. The neck is the first thing that impressed me. It's very comfortable. There are 2 frets with fret sprout, but that's easy to fix.
I love getting a guitar that already has locking tuners. I usually put them on my guitars, but don't have to with this one. And, there aren't any issue with it staying in tune. Graphtech nut - can't complain.
The Roswell pickups are decent enough, but I'm a fan of Dimarzio, so chances are the pickups will be replaced. And, I guess I'm a traditionalist, but I don't really care for coil split. I have my single coil guitars for a reason.
The volume and tone pots are perfect. The volume tapers very well and the tone pot works perfectly. I have 2 other Harley Benton guitars and I have to replace the volume on those because they don't taper well. But the volume on the Fusion III is perfect!
For the price, you really can't go wrong. I own several guitars that were over $1000 ea, and I love them. But, after buying the Fusion III and a b-stock SC-550 II, I won't ever buy another guitar in the $1000+ range as long as Harley Benton keeps putting out this kind of quality. I've even gotten my friends interested in checking them out.

Amazing guitar for the price!!!

It's a great guitar for the money, you defenetly get more for that price.
Mine had some minnor gc issues. There were some tool marks on the neck and the frets need some shining but that's all the negatives I've found.
Stays in tune pretty well. The neck is easy to play. The roasted maple neck is really amazing. Looks great!
The pick ups aren't that hot or agressive but you can split them and get more tonal options for your sound.

How can they do it ?

Got this in october and I'm playing it a lot. It stays in tune no matter what.
Initially the intention was to swap the pickups but I haven't, the pickups were much better than I expected so the swap is not a priority.

Quality is superb. Neck and frets are perfect, no work needed. No buzz and no sharp fret ends. Paint is sublime, can't find any weak spots.

If you even consider this guitar, then go for it.
