Really good pedal!
I bought this pedal beacuse it offered all the effects I needed in one box. Also all the effects obviously have a hendrixian flavour which was something I was looking for from the start. The number of options you get with this pedal are amazing. Octave down or up and fuzz are available with every effect (vibe,rotary, wah). Also you can have octavation or fuzz only or any of these effects alone. There are knobs to set any effect to your taste. This pedal seems to be expensive, however it offers 5 effects in one so the price point is justified for me, so is Keeley's reputation. Keeley never seems to disappoint the customer and always offer products of great quality and sound.

I'm really happy with this pedal, all the modulation effects are the best I've heard for getting authentic Hendrix sounds, even if they are digital,I would get it just for the Rotary alone.
And the fuzz does its job well.

Awesome pedal, not quite what I expected
This is definitely a great sounding and versatile pedal. However, I found that I can get better sounds with simpler pedals with only one functionality. I use the Monterey on my small travelling pedal board (together with a delay, a tremolo, a tuner and a looper). If I am at home or gigging and have a larger pedal board, I think sticking with more pedals that only have one function each, does a better job. But that is my opinion. I know many who LOVE the Monterey.
