a very useful colour-coding ring for Neutrik xlr plugs. It fits both male and female plugs and replaces a standard black ring on a standard Neutrik xx series xlr plug. The coding ring can be installed on already made cables, without the need for resoldering connector. Using colour coded cables speeds up my setup and helps identify microphones.

Colour Ring
As it is Neutrik, it also means good quality. This is an XXR ring by Neutrik and it is a very handy piece of equipment to own. The colour coding system means it is much easier to identify the cable when in a bag of cables.
