Als ich diese Resonator war mir sofort klar, die will ich haben - Cutaway, Pickup, Hals-Korpus-Übergang am 14. Bund. Und auch der Open-Headstock macht was her. Also bestellt und ausgepackt. Die Verarbeitung war tadellos, die Bünde mit dem Binding sauber abgerichtet und die Mechaniken arbeiten wie sie sollen. Nur leider klingt der Sound sowohl rein akustisch als auch über den Lipstick-Single Coil recht dünn, kaum Bassanteile zu hören. Und die hohe e-Saite klingt akustisch weniger nach Resonator, sondern scheppert undefinierbar nach einem Blecheimer. Wirklich schade, denn die Gitarre hat Potenzial.
