A Sturdy, Portable Recording Essential

Upon first use, this impressed me with its compact yet weighty build. Its simplicity in my setup with a Roadworx Tripod Small and a mic, interfaced with an Android tablet via an iRig, make it great for on-the-go audio capture.

I'd also say it's valuable for stability and noise-free flexibility, maintaining mic position perfectly even in motion or when the setup is jostled. Compared to less adaptable small mic stands I've had, it stands out.

I highly recommended for those seeking a portable, reliable component for impromptu recording sessions.

Strong, stable gooseneck and one of the cheapest

If you need a cheap, basic gooseneck this is a great choice. It won't sag under the weight of common mics like SM58 or 57. If anything it's a little too stiff to be easily adjustable but at least it's stable. Strong, well made, no complaints
