Dieser Mikrofonverstärker ergibt erst mit einer Mikrofonkapsel ein komplettes Mikrofon. Getestet habe ich das gute Stück mit der MK4, also der Nierenkapsel und der MK21H, der Breiten Niere mit leichter Höhenanhebung von Schoeps.
Um es kurz zu machen: Der Klang ist edel im Sinne von neutral, detailgetreu, fein und ehrlich (wenn also die Qualität bereits vor dem Mikro stimmt, ist das Ergebnis schlicht genial ;-))
Darüber hinaus mag ich die Optik und Haptik. Das griffige, graue finish unterscheidet das Mikro deutlich von allen mir bekannten anderen.

Bought this together with MK41 capsule. It is by far the best mic I have used for double bass in live situations. MK41 isolates very well and there is hardly any bleed from drums or other instruments! But be aware of the CMC1 which is remarkably smaller and maybe more handy when placed on instruments....
