Clean sound with good bass
I got these tubes to replace the chinese tubes for hifi tube amp, Yarland brand. Immediately after the change, the difference was obvious in this case. The sound is cleaner and the bass has better extension. I can't tell exactly the tone or sound signature but listening to rock/metal has become more enjoyable with these tubes. The guitars sound clean but nicely distorted and deep. In case you need 4 tubes of this type, I think this is the best-buy package. I definitely recommend these tubes.

Groovy tubes, for less
I replaced the power section of my Ashdown CTM30 with these. Love the tone it gave the bass – very full midrange, clear attacking highs, and more than enough clean low end for my needs.
They've lasted for a seriously long time – I'm talking years on end. I've been using tube amps for bass for about 10yrs, and this is the first time I've had no reliability concerns, which might be a combination of the amp, the tubes, how I treat my amps nowadays... Whatever it is, I'm really happy with these tubes and will buy again in a heartbeat when they finally stop performing.

New Tubes for H&K Grandmeister 36
The Grandmeister needed new tubes and Thomann advised these ones. Changing tubes is very easy with this amp. 4 screws and you can work. After fitting the tubes and testing the amp the difference was very noticeable, more power no hiss or other unwanted noises. Maybe a little more raw sound then the original ones. Without a doubt the H&K Grandmeister 36 is the most versatile amp for home and band use. it simply can do anything, and the 4 channels are all you need to get every sound you may need. I play rock and blues with Gibson guitars for me the perfect combination. And with he new tubes there eis only one thing to do= let's Rock!!

Upgrade to AC30
I got my early 60's AC30 chassis up and running again recently but needed to replace the power valve.... the original EL84 were quite old and I had decided to 'create' an AC15 by removing one of the parallel sets of output valves. This was a bridge too far for the aged valves and one of them died.
I wanted a matched set of valves and the TAD Cz quartet fitted the bill perfectly.
They were easy to replace and the sound of my AC30 is as good as I remember.

Great sound and quality
They are a great replacement for whatever comes in the Vox ac30C2, they sound thick but you wouldn't hear it unless you turn the volume to ear bleeding level
