As a beginner this mouth piece is easier to play than the one supplied with my Saxophone. Well made and crafted, my tutor swears by his and i am delighted with the product adding to my experience of learning the saxophone.

Warm sound,very even tuning,good volume when pushed-perfect for concert band or second alto in a big band. Works well for me using red box Java 2.5 reeds.Can play soft and subtone or compete with brass.Very happy.

Das Vandoren V5 Altsaxophonmundstück A35 ist meiner Meinung ein sehr gutes und variables Mundstück, welches (in Kombination mit dem richtigen Blatt) dem Saxophinisten ermöglicht, seinen individuellen Sound zu finden. Es besitzt eine sehr gute Qualität und ist darüber hinaus auch einsetzbar für verschiedene Stilrichtungen.

Es bestitzt in der Reihe der Vandoren V5 Altsaxmundstücke eine der offeneren Bahnen, so dass es für Saxophon-Einsteiger bzw. Anfänger eher weniger geeignet ist, allerdings einem schon geübten Saxophonisten oder einer geübten Saxophonistin viel Spielraum für individuelle Gestaltung gibt.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Marken ebenfalls erfreulich. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Mundstück
