Feels and works great.
Still digging into the deeper features but this device immediately felt good to play on. I appreciated the varied connectivity. Right now I am only using it to play a monosynth with control voltage but I like the room to expand into MIDI devices without having to buy another controller. The arpeggiator and sequence features seem good but just messing around with the presets and the mutate button is fun without even scratching the surface on that stuff.

Este controlador es una maquina de ideas para producir tu canciones.
Adquiri este controlador y estoy muy contento con el. Tiene una construccion muy buena, se ve fuerte, su manejo es muy sencillo y esta todo muy especificado. En su pequeña pantalla puedes ver donde estas en cada momento. Ademas tiene conexiones CV para tus sintetizadores analogicos, usb y midi de 5 pines, ideal para poder usar tanto plugins como hardware, lo que lo convierte en una pieza ideal para perfomance. Otra opcion que me encanta es la de poder dividir los canales midi. Esto significa que puedes grabar una secuencia en su potente secuenciador dejarla sonar y con el teclado poder tocar con el sonido de otro sintetizador. Ademas con su funcion MUTATE puedes mutar la secuencia que grabaste y cambiarla en tan solo milesimas de segundo. Os lo recomiendo es totalmente ideal para tus ideas.

Ils ont sorti le minilab 37 qui concurrence ce modèle, quoi que j'ai acheté les 2 et ils sont les 2 biens - ce modèle est plus sensible à la velocité.
La fonction sequencer est très difficile à utiliser et impossible de transposer d'un demi-ton. Seuls bémols.

Tolle Ergänzung und super Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Der Keystep 37 MkII steht jetzt auch bei mir im Studio und ich muss sagen, ich bin zufrieden.
Die Verarbeitung ist Arturia-typisch super, der Kunststoff fühlt sich nicht billig an. Die Potis fühlen sich gut an, der widerstand fühlt sich auch angenehm an. Das Kontrollrad wackelt etwas.
Das Spielgefühl ist identisch mit dem des Keysteps (25 Tasten) der ersten Generation, ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.
Die Funktionen sind für die Größe und den Preis des Geräts unschlagbar gut. An die Bedienung muss man sich etwas gewöhnen und sie bedarf ein wenig Einarbeitung, da habe ich aber schon wesentlich schlimmeres erlebt.
Alles in allem bin ich aber recht zufrieden mit dem MIDI-Controller. Ich würde ihn jedem empfehlen, der sein DAWless-Setup steuern möchte, aber auch jedem, der nur mit einer DAW arbeitet.
Folgende Punkte sind nur persönliches Mimimi:
Was mir nicht so gut gefällt, ist die minimal glattere Oberfläche im Vergleich zum oben genannten Keystep 25. Auch dass die Bodenplatte jetzt aus Kunststoff ist und nicht mehr aus Metall, gefällt mir persönlich nicht so gut. Ich mag es einfach, wenn die Geräte etwas mehr Gewicht mitbringen – das wirkt solider und hochwertiger. Die Taster, die bei meinem alten Gerät aus Gummi waren , sind nun aus hartem Kunststoff und klicken beim betätigen für meinen Geschmack zu laut.

Letdown
I have decided to try this as a lot of "synthfluencers" seem to use it. I was disappointed. Buttons are really clicky and loud. Some buttons make a plastic-y squeaky sound. Octave switch buttons do not switch octave instantly, there is a small delay. Octave indicators are not RGB coded, so it is hard to tell where you are. Encoders in the menu sometimes skip values. Keybed is nothing special - I have no premium feeling when playing it. Pitch and mod strips are very sensitive, I often cause unwanted changes while playing. Even when not touching it. The fingers seem to actuate the strip even without real contact. Overall I'm disappointed. This should not cost this much.

Kompakt, direkt, inspirierend: Das Arturia KeyStep 37 mk2 ist für mich die perfekte Schnittstelle zwischen DAW und Hardware. Die Slimkeys spielen sich überraschend gut (inkl. Aftertouch), und der Sequencer mit „Spice & Dice“ bringt sofort Bewegung in jede Idee. Besonders stark sind die vielen Anschlüsse – egal ob Modular, Synth oder Laptop, alles läuft tight zusammen.

Fantastic value for the price!
I am not an expert but the keyboard seems to have good amount of resistance. All the features are really good like chords and scale and it's fairly intuitive to use.
