Audio-Technica AT8444

Small clip for AT350 and other small format AT mic's. Very small clip that slides into the sound hole of acoustic instruments. Not a great design but well built.

I struggled to get good positioning on Acoustic Guitars. The at350 suffers from proximity effect (Boost of bass frequencies) so it is pretty much unusable as designed. It may work better with omni mic's.

I used the clip to attach to shirt and used the mic as a lapel in an emergency when a belt pack broke during a gig it worked surprisingly well... although the mic suffered from handling noise.

Another use i found was attaching a gooseneck to the mic holder which allowing for better positioning on acoustic guitars.

I would not recommend buying this. Instead look at DPA attachments they are a similar price and better designed.
