D-Clip Madness
Well, apparently I can win a prize for writing a review of a mic clip so here it is.
The way in which the mic just slots in is just magical, enhancing the fundamental with precision and that warmth you can only get from an analog mic clip. (I've tried digital mic clips, I know what I'm talking about, my studio is full analog)
On adjusting the angle and hence the aspect of the diaphragm the silk in the highs just magically appears where as the harsh high mids are tempered beautifully.
The accuracy of this Mic clip is second to none, I might even but another just to have it in the rack for those special occasions.
The only thing that is better in my experience is the solid state valve mic clip manufactured by Telefunken in 1956, but good luck finding one of them for less than 5000¤.

Solid plastic with firm grip
This is a simple item that works well. It fits small barrelled microphones into the clip holder. Instead of sliding the microphone down into the bracket, you push against it and it grabs it in.
The plastic is solid and feels sturdy. It would break under serious abuse but probably nothing less. The angle adjustment knob is tight fitting and holds relatively well. Under determined force the clip angle sags. However, and more importantly, when holding a microphone it does not droop down.
This is perfect for my AKG D112 (without built-in clip) and holds it steady against the blasts of air emitted from kick drums.

Stong and fits Neumann km series
Good clip. Fits Neumann km series and probably a lot of others. Thumb screw is a little bulky but very well built.

Cheap Price
Great value from thomann site..these products are very cheap.i m very satisfied.Unfortunately the Audix D-series mics don't work with standard mic clips, and the plastic clips that they come with are somewhat delicate. This replacement works perfectly and seems to be slightly better quality. Definitely does the job and at a very affordable price.i recommend for all to try this

humble and handy
Audix d-clips are great little clips for all kinds of purposes, i got my first lot with the DP7 set but use them for all kinds of mics. They are sturdy and tighten nicely, don't droop over time and having the pivot adjustable by hand over a screwdriver fixing is endlessly useful when running around a messy studio. You have to be a little careful when inserting mics at first as the clips are a little brittle and can snap easily; but over time they loosen up. I use these for all my drum mics, they are great for any small diaphragm condensers and even larger ones with a small base.

Brilliant little clips...
Bought spares as I have three in use for my Audix D4's and D6 but I've also used them with Rode NT5's. Very secure, even with the D6.
