The build quality is excellent on this dimmer pack. The european style plugs fit very tightly. It has lots of built in chase sequences which make it pretty much plug and play without the need for any dmx software however it can be triggered using dmx. I have been using it for around 2 years now and so far no issues with all the less in the screen working fine and its never blown a fuse as these things can do. I had 3 1200 watt blinders plugged into it and it handled it very well. The unit is not exactly light weight but these things never are.

great dimmer, relatively easy to use once you go through all the settings once, slightly loud if kept in the same room

Simple easy to configure

I just wanted this to control some standard light fittings for a stage production through the lighting controller. It was just a matter of wiring the lights into the dimmer pack and then connecting the pack to the deck and everything worked first time. I'm sure there's a lot more that this can do but this was very easy to set up and use.

Easy to use dimmer

Have 2 of these to control usual PAR lights for the band.
Working good for me, and has the needed functions for the use I have, which is DMX control.
For running standalone I would really have liked to have a mode where individual channels can be set to a specified strength, but I have not found that to be settable. There are only "blinky" programs to choose from, which is not optimal for a steady front stagelight.
But with DMX controller it's working great.
