Daddario EXL156

I spent days trying to get my Bass VI in a comfortable setting but I couldn't until I put these strings on. Replace the stock strings on your Bass VI ASAP.

I bought the Harley Benton GuitarBass VS Vintage Series which is very much like the Fender VI. It was great but the bottom E flopped like the elastic in very old underpants, had no sustain or punch. I understand the Fender is the same (so the internet says, I've not played one). I used the E off this set and now it sounds great.

these string are among the few that can be used with the fender bass vi, I use them personally with the squier bass vi, these strings are good, although a lot of ringing like all of D'Addario EXL, last long enough and are very reliable .

Some like flats on a Bass VI but I prefer it nice and twangy, bright and viscious and these strings definitely get you there. They have taken quite a beating so far and are going strong.
