Excellent Cable, bargain for the price.
I must have bought 10 of these cables from various places over the last year, I use them for everything. Planet Waves have built a strong reputation for their high end jack cables, and they've done the same with their XLR cables.
These are so easy to use, they feel really flexible and don't seem to mess the tone up. When I first recieved them I was surprised at how flexible they were and wasn't sure how long the cables would last, however, they're still working fine and I can't see them breaking any time soon. The connectors are well constructed and soldered on well with no evidence that they'll break. Finally, I know it's not too important to most people but the packaging is really good too, it presents the product nicely and all the materials are fully recyclable too.

Solid and good XLR cable
XLR cables are like this: They either work or they don't. Sometimes they start out as working and then fail. It is hard to tell by appearances, but so far this cable has not failed, and I have very few permanent istallations, which means my cables have to withstand a lot of handling. Planet Waves seems to have a good track record with me (I also have some instrument cables), and I think they are good value for money. Recommended.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Bought this cable for studio use, does the job perfectly and built quality is good.

good value
At this price the cable seems good value. Relatively thick and solid. Of course for heavy stage use etc you might want to spend a bit more. You get what you pay for with cable in my view ( at least at the low end of the cost scale - there are some seriously over priced cables around of course)

Best medium-price brand
I own a lot of PW cables and i have to say it's the best cable money can buy without skipping to exotic and *really* expensive brands, good construction quality, zero handling noises, strong locking on the jack.

Good mic cable
This Planet Waves Classic XLR cable is very solid and well built. Is good for both live and studio sessions (although being 3m only could be too short for some live situations). The connectors seem hard and durable and the cable itself very strong. Definitely recommended for any generic situation or as a fast backup solution. Will buy again.
