Great pick!
I love a small sharp pick but I had problems relaxing my picking arm out of fear of dropping the pick.
Dava picks are easy to hold on to even with a light grip and give great control.
If you sweat a lot the rubber might wear out but it has never been a problem for me.
The Gels are slightly stiffer than than the Nylon (the yellow one)

Work as advertised
I was a long-term user of Dunlop's Stubby 1mm picks but I always found them a bit small and they were not exactly flexible. Then I came across these - smaller than regular picks but bigger than Stubbies.
So I ordered a pack to sample them and to my great surprise, they do work as advertised - it's YOU who controls how firm the pick is. The size is just right and the grip excellent - it's rubber and plastic. Oh, and you CAN use the rubber for picking :)
I could go on waxing lyrical about these but there's no need.
Oh, I don't do jazz, I play mostly metal :)

Good picks
Great picks, similar to the delrin ones. These have a different feel than the delrin ones, so it depends which you prefer. Only draw back they get quickly worn out compared to normal plastic and delrin. But definetley worth a try. Not exactly chepa but excellence comes with a price sometimes.

I'm hooked!
First time I've ordered these, and I don't think I'll ever use any other pick. These are just amazing, excellent for pinch harmonics!

High quality, perfect grip
flying picks because of sweat hands are history.. This picks have a perfect grip rubber surface. What else can you say about a pick... It is working, so if you have sweat hands, try this out.

Quite Small
They are not bad picks, but they are quite small and can make things difficult if you're strumming - my only problem really. Good for lead work though.

Great grip
Pick has great grip. It has also quite a thin/crisp treble sound on acoustic guitar strings - these may be desireable especially for strumming, but will lack mid and bass frequencies for other picking work.

Great picks!
These guitar picks are very nice. The rubber surface and design makes it very grippy but very comfortable to hold. You can make them more flexible or keep them stiff. I make sure to have them always on my arsenal.

My new favorite picks
I bought just for try! I was not thinking about replace at all my usual Dunlop Jazz III. However, from the first time I tried I knew that I found my new standard and never look back!
