Great mid-top or monitor for the money
Very good monitor or mid top at this price point, not as convincing full range.
Positives: Vocal frequencies in particular are very detailed at this price point, and the power to weight ratio is good. We use them as foldback monitors live where they excel. Would also be good for DJ/karaoke if used with a sub.
Negative: If you want to use as a full range cab, you might find the bass end light. I'm possibly being slightly harsh at this price point, but the low end doesn't match the quality of the mid-top frequencies for sure.
I'd rather have these than the likes of the Mackie Thump 12 for what we do as the detail is definitely better, not sure a DJ would choose them if not using a sub.

very cool speakers
They sound 100%, the fan does not interfere. The power is enough for small halls up to 100 people.

Great Budget Speaker
Donโt expect top-notch audio quality from this speaker. However, it has a strong, durable case, delivers a loud SPL, and is lightweight. There is a very mild hum, but it doesnโt affect practical use, and the fan noise is barely noticeable.

Totally fine
It fits perfect for mid-/low budget rehearsal studio. Sounds with a bit not enough of High Notes but you could fix it with equilizer at your mixer.

Good for monitor but not for the drummer
Very light speaker. Nice for djing for little parties and for stage monitor but not for the drummer. It doesnโt have the power and the frequency for the drum kick to be heard in a loud stage. Probably it will distort the sound until you damage the speaker. If you want to use it as a pa or monitor on a drum based band, choose the 15 inch one.
