Nearly as good as the 1,5mm version
I've been using Dunlop Stubby Triangles 1,5mm version for quite many years. 1,5mm is just enough thickness so that the pick doesn't give in when contacting the string. Although the material is pretty slick plastic, the center groove with its etchings give my thumb a perfect traction and grip. The 2,0mm version is also good, not just that perfect for me, and the 3mm version is too much. To each their own. Anyway, give these a shot if you're looking after a sturdy pick that slides right through the strings with minimal snag.

Great for electric guitar and really grippy
I thought I'd buy these picks for playing bass but once I started using them on electric guitar I just can't go back to regular shaped picks.
I usually have a really hard time holding the pick steady when playing guitar - it seems to always slip away and change position between my fingers, which makes playing very difficult. These picks instead, are perfect.

Stubby is Sturdy
Quite sturdy, quite thick. Hits the strings like an axe, yet doesn't harm them. I strongly suggest these picks for bass players and for baritone guitar / 7 string guitar players.
