Overall, it’s a good guitar for the money.
The Epiphone Les Paul Custom is a solid guitar once it’s properly set up. After some adjustment, it plays very well and delivers a satisfying tone and feel. However, it’s important to recognize that it will never truly be a Gibson — it lacks some of the refinement, resonance, and premium materials that make the Gibson Les Paul stand out. The finish on the Epiphone is decent but far from perfect, showing that while it looks great from a distance, it doesn’t have the same level of detail or craftsmanship up close.
Overall, it’s a good guitar for the money, offering the Les Paul experience at a more accessible price point, but it doesn’t fully capture the magic of the original Gibson.

Epiphone Les paul custom
Stunning guitar, love everything about it, was thinking I might trade it off later for a Gibson but that's not going to happen, if you're pockets don't stretch this far then the Harley Benton 550 2 is not far behind this one it's a great guitar too with a brilliant price, I actually prefer the neck on the HB. But this one is a keeper.
