Best Bass guitar for such low price
Playing guitar/bass in metal band.
Owner of post production studio.
Producing/mixing/mastering Drum and Bass.
The bass looks great and has a very nice tone.
Stock pickup sounds quite good and I cannot find any lack in the spectrum.
Bass could be used for live and even for studio purposes.
Thanks a lot Thomann.
Kind regards

Excellent Bass
I only play bass as needed for recording but I bought this and can say its a very good quality bass. I use it with a kemper and it sounds great.

Now that's a bang for the buck!
I had this instrument for about 2 years now.
Prior to buying this bass i did a lot of research to find not only the best quality my money could buy, but also a sound that i like. Eventually i came across this one. Many people recommended it, yet, i rarely listen to others.
After watching a lot of reviews and people playing it, i came to the conclusion that this is the bass for me.
My opinion:
After playing it for 2 years now, i can say im in love with the sound of it. Im mainly using it trough the Parallax plugin. From clear, to punchy jazz, to distorted metal, i always found a sound that works for me. Great tone, surprisingly great sustain (for ash wood) and the on board eq is good.
The quality of the finish and wood is beyond what i ever owned. The first time i laied hands on it i went "damn, this thing is high quality". It was set very well out of the box (for my personal preferences). Low action and great intonation.
I waited 8 months for it to come back in stock, i specifically wanted the black model. That said the natural finish one is just as good.
Obviously its not a top of the line instrument, but it will suit anyone using it very well from stage work to studio recording, and for the price tag, best thing i've ever owned.
If im ever planning to upgrade i'd only go for some top of the line dingwall, otherwise i dont see any point in changing this one.
If you like the sound of it, you can go ahead and confidently buy it, for me it was worth the 8 months wait.
