Great value, long lasting and very comfortable to play.
Bought these to replace a set on a Jackson Five String, was advised they are the same as those fitted by the factory, completely accurate. I would even say they feel slightly better, although more likely the olds ones needed a change far sooner, but the cost put me off. I should have done it sooner, these strings are fantastic value, have used Flatwounds from the same range, also outstanding. If you look online at the forums, most suggest Fender make the majority of strings sold under other brand names. I can’t confirm this but will say they are as good as strings at 50% greater cost.

not special
These strings sound like typical nickel plated strings. The sound is soft but also bright. They also provide a smooth surface which enables long playing hours. The b and the e-string are tape wound, which should enable the string to vibrate properly. I didn't notice any difference to other strings. At the beginning you have to get familiar with this because, depending on the bridge, you feel disturbed by the tape while plucking close to the bridge. Furthermore, I won't recommend these strings for picking. I destroyed various picks because the ending of the low string's tape wound works like a rasp. Summarising it I would claim that these strings are not for bass players who pluck close to the bridge.

High quality and very good value
Use these to make up a set for my 7 string bass (with some individual high C & F strings) this works out much cheaper than buying a full set. I also prefer nickel to stainless. Tone is good, long lasting and they are easy on the frets and the fingers.

Fantastic strings.
I mainly use these Fender strings on my Warwick basses due to them being taper wound and I also find they're the best value for money. They're very responsive and bright sounding strings and I find the tone lasts a long time too, I usually don't change them for a few months depending on how often I gig each set. Highly recommend them!

My first choice for 5-string basses
I have been through dozens of strings, but at the end, I always end up with my Fenders. A balanced, warm sound, good quality with acceptable lifespan.
If you are looking especially for taperwound strings for bridges like Warwick, these strings are definitely worth a look !
