This is a really fab instrument. I bought it because I have had surgery and can't lift anything more than 3kgs for the next 2 months. How to play my bass??
I am delighted with this instrument. I played it through my Fender Rumble 40 combo amp. The sound is brilliant and I could definitely use it in performance once I'm up to that.
Acoustically it sounds OK and is brilliant for practicing. I doubt it will hold up against an acoustic guitar,but I have not tried it yet. I bought a 10w battery-powered amp for acoustic environments. Again I've not had a chance try it in situ but I think it will work well.
The build quality is superb and in many ways it feels like a proper bass!
