Thumb plec
Found it very hard to adjust to a standard thumb pick, but this Fred Kelly thumb plectrum is perfect, very suitable for strumming or finger style, thumbs up for this one

Thumpicks for people who dont like the ones they tried already
If you have tried other thumb picks and found them awkward i recomend these they feel and operate like a normal pick does but can effortlessly be used for the Merle Travis

Great just not for me
Nice, adjustable thumb pick, stable on thumb and provides good pick angle for strumming chords, shredding rock licks or country chicken picking. Just too tight on my thumb for long practice sessions or full live sets.
