I bought this case online because I liked its layout, the way it looked and because most of the reviews were good. I loved it when I first got it. The distressed leather finish looks awesome, a Strat or a Tele fit well inside, and there's lots of room for accessories, which was important for me.
However, after using it once or twice, I noticed a few problems. The first problem is that the hardware is put together badly, or just low quality to begin with. The locks or whatever they're called don't lock very tightly, they're loose even when they're locked, and will unlock very easily if you even touch one by accident. The second problem is that the U-shaped indentation for the guitar neck is lined with soft foam which will deform after only one use. As soon as you pick up the case to carry it, the guitar will naturally pull down because of gravity, the neck will deform and straighten the right part of the U-indentation, and the guitar will no longer sit properly inside the case. Every time I open the case to take my guitar out, I find it sitting angled and with the neck going upwards over the accessory compartment, which is harmful.
I wish I hadn't bought this case. The cool looks are there to lure you in, but the main features of a guitar case are lacking. And once you figure out that the case isn't really good, you can no longer return it.
