I own an Ovation guitar which is now discontinued. My father bought it in the 90's in France and he has kept it since. This guitar has a sentimental value and hold lots of memories.
Ever since, we used to keep the guitar in handmade bag. I resorted to buy this case because I found that the climate here in my country could severely affect the guitar, I saw that the neck would move from behind to front depending on the climate.
Before buying this case, I was quite skeptical because its back big bowl. Fortunately it fitted naturally and perfectly .This casing is value for money, it has a leather built in pad to keep the guitar safe from shock and any mishandling. The item is as described in the pictures and it has a lock with a small key.
I keep this guitar in my studio, and we rarely take it out. For those who plan to take it on tour, I notice that the locks might not be that much of a heavy duty kind of stuff to support other handling situation.

Sturdy case
Sturdy case for the Ovation, used in on a flight both as cabin baggage and checked-in luggage. Is pretty big though but not so much considering the actual guitar

Ovation 12 string
I bought this case for my Ovation 12 string guitar. It's the only reasonably priced case I could find that would fit this guitar, and whilst it's not top quality, not is certainly plenty good enough for general gig use.

Snug as a bug 👍
Great case, can’t discern any real quality difference from an Ovation case. Bought this for a Celebrity 12 string and is a great fit. Hope this helps.

Dead cheap bowl guitar protection like ovations !
Good overall to protect your bowl guitar and regular one!
I got it for my ovation no problem at all, very light, easy to manage, compact and will do the job just fine!

Gator deep bowl guitar case
Bought this case for my 1970s ovation guitar fits perfectly nice and snug case has done plenty of miles and still looks and performs as good as new keeping my pride and joy safe i am more than happy to recommend this case to any one as i am writing this review eight years after i purchased this case and as said before it is still going strong as good as new

Great Replacement Case
Much cheaper than a genuine Ovation case but does exactly the same job, maybe not quite as swish as the original but it looks good, works well and protects the guitar perfectly - a great case for a gigging musician

Very good case and excellent value for price
I bought this for deep-bowl Ovation Standard Balladeer, but this was bit too shallow for it. For medium-bowled Ovation guitar this is perfect and I have used this since then for my 12-string Ovation.
Very easy to recommend, but keep in mind that it is really tight for deep-bowl guitar (at least Ovation)

Great case, great price
I had an old round-backed Ovation case to fit my deep bowl Ovation, and this is a better case. Admittedly the old case had lasted 15 years, but once it started splitting it deteriorated very quickly. Only time will tell if the Gator lasts as long, but so far it seems to be very good. It fits the shape of the guitar perfectly, is nice and plush inside, and has a compartment for strings etc, and provides excellent protection for the guitar - it's one of the guitars I teach with, and it's in and out of the car several times a day a couple of times a week. I've had it for several months now and it's still like new. For the price, I can't see how you can do better!
