Top Alternative zu KTS – bisher kein Unterschied hör- oder fühlbar

Ich habe mir die Guitar Monkey Titanium Saitenreiter (10.5 Set) für meine Music Man Luke gekauft. Zuvor hatte ich jahrelang KTS-Titanium-Reiter verbaut, die allerdings fast doppelt so teuer sind.
Nach dem Umbau muss ich ehrlich sagen: Im Moment bemerke ich weder klanglich noch vom Spielgefühl her einen Unterschied zu den KTS. Verarbeitung, Passgenauigkeit und Haptik sind absolut top.

Ich greife bewusst zu Titanium-Saitenreitern, da ich viel auf Tour bin und bei normalen Stahlreitern oft das Problem habe, dass sie mit der Zeit anfangen zu rosten. Bei Titanium ist das überhaupt kein Thema – die Reiter sehen selbst nach sehr langem Gebrauch und schweißtreibenden Gigs immer noch aus wie neu.

Preis-Leistung ist damit aus meiner Sicht wirklich stark.
Ich werde die Reiter jetzt mit auf Tour nehmen und schauen, wie sie sich im harten Live-Alltag bewähren. Danach werde ich meine Erfahrung ggf. noch einmal ergänzen.
