Excellent
I’m also a sound engineer so I know how disturbing facing a bad eq can be... this pedal is excellent... each frequency responds fully... I tried mooer behringer and few other eq pedals wasn’t satisfied as much as I am HB’s eq...

Noiseless equalizer.
I was afraid of having some noise added to the signal, as I have always seen in cheap equalizers.
This one doesn't add any noise (that my ears can feel) and does what it's supposed to do.
I use it a lot for highlight the high frequencies when playing without a pick.
It works perfectly and I love the color.

Good place to start, will upgrade though.
This pedal has a rather limited range for a 5 band EQ. Minor adjustments like the typical “V” shape EQ or “W” shape hardly make a difference if at all, and anything beyond the third measure either way is too much. It’s nothing to scoff at for the price though and it definitely helps fix up a rubbish amp like my college’s useless stuff, so it’s doing its job right. I want more control over my EQ than this though so I intend to look for a seven band EQ.

Surprisingly good
I use a 10 band EQ in my Tube amp's FX loop, but I like to shape my guitar tone before any distortion pedals. So I decided to give this a whirl, not expecting much. Must say, I'm impressed.
It is transparent and noise-free. I wasn't sure that the selected bands were well suited to guitar but I've been pleasantly proven misguided. In fact, when used alone, it really cleans-up my tone going into the amp and can provide a nice boost if needed. I find I don't need a distortion pedal now because this wee pedal can drive my amp sufficiently and with clarity (I mostly play clean -> crunch).
Happy camper here - I can give a clear recommendation at this price.

Spiffing
I chose this pedal because it’s small and cheap, and luckily it also turns out to be very good! I have an electric 12 string which has always sounded muddy and lacking in class, and after trying numerous other possible solutions, decided an EQ might work. First time plugging in, and I was able to make the sound perfect. So, me being me, I dismantled the pedal and removed the switch and sockets and built it into the back of the guitar! Simples! And the power consumption is much less than quoted - 3mA with the LED on, and 2mA with it off - so it’s fine to rig up with a battery.
Nice sturdy box too for those who want to use it the normal way.

Changes the tone even with everything flat
It's well built and it works. Buttons can be a bit fiddly but it's a small pedal.
The thing is, with all sliders flat I feel like there is a colouring to the tone making it brighter.

Astounded!
I truly am astounded.
The First one I tried, mxm 10 band with dual output €150, single string definition when on graphic, is almost nonexistent, I then worked down the price range of graphics, different makes, until I got this beauty at €19.
It certainly leaves all the others behind on single string definition while graphic is ON.
I certainly recommend it, the sliders have much more boost/cut than the others and certainly work well. 🎸
Magic.👍

Great for a solo volume boost in effects loop
Bought this pedal to use as a simple solution for a slight solo volume boost in the effects loop of an amplifier. Works great as a neutral boost for just volume (volume knob at 12 o'clock is unity level and anything past that can be used to increase the level) or you can also bump up the mids a bit to cut better at the same time. Really cheap solution for a solo boost unless your amp already has this as a built-in feature!

Does it's job, does it flawlessly.
It's really good, doesn't change the tone everything is at zero which is pretty great. Feels sturdy but light and very pedalboard friendly. I loved the box and the unboxing experience, you can feel the quality all the way. Must have on a board.
