Very good quality for the price (a bit thin)
E Wong 24.06.2020
The Harley Benton 0.96 mm picks came in a better package than other more expensive picks.

Pros
1. Feel nice on my fingers
2. Material should last (when compare to other budget picks)
3. Grip is good (although not as great as the rubber grip on Master 8)
4. Price is very reasonable
5. Classical tear drop shape which is good for general purposes

Cons
1. Feels a bit thin when compared to other 1 mm thk picks (like comparing a medium pick compare to a heavy pick, I did not anticipate such a difference between 0.96 mm and 1 mm. I may need to try 1.2 mm next time to get the same rigidity expected from 1 mm picks).

Enjoy playing

They come in quantity, not quality

I've recently used some James Yeahfield's signature picks, and comparing HB's to them is... well, Papa Het's ones are far better in terms of feeling and - what's as important - sound. HB's do produce some not good sounds that Het's do not, and their durability is... questionable to say the least, as I've played some of them for only 3 days and they already seem to wear off, so I switched back to Hetfield's, which, even after being played for a month or even more and while actually being worn-off, appear to be still preferable.

Chuck them in your basket before checking out
Anonymous 22.01.2016
Last time i went for the thinner gauge 0.81mm and found them a bit too flexi for my liking probably better for a beginner so i went up a gauge this time and tried the 0.96mm which are a bit stiffer and yes these are better .Next time i will try the next gauge up again because at these prices who cares they are great value and have a nice textured grainy feel to them for good grip and come in a variety of colours . On the durability side i think they're ok my attitude is if your not wearing out a plectrum a day then your not playing enough . Harley Benton products are great i have their guitars, amps and effect pedals their prices mean i can have literally everything i want including a shed load of picks . Enough waffle when ever you buy some thing at Thomann always chuck a packet of these in basket it's not going to break the bank .

Nice feel and tone
julius__ 28.05.2020
I really like the haptic and the tone they produce, they are not exceptionally durable but since the price is so low, this is not an issue.

The grip rate is high. It feels a little sleazy, but as you use it, you see that it does your job.

Love the new design
Demondrive 26.01.2021
I experimented with different picks and found that I have when pick scrape is too obvious. It might have less attack or tightness, but it definitely gives hi gain riffs some meat, silkiness I wholeheartedly enjoy! Also the grip is just awesome! Durability is okay, but they're cheap so I'm totally ok with that!

Good, but not for me
MarkG62 08.11.2020
Very good value and I'm sure will really suit some people, but I can't get used to the textured surface and the grip doesn't feel secure to me. I usually use .88 Dunlop nylons, and these feel much more rigid. The thing is, they're so cheap you might as well give them a try: you might really like them!

Plectra!

I rarely use a plectrum, I find for rhythm playing, the fingers are so much better. I use a lot of strum patterns from the world of the ukulele and flamenco when playing and a pick gets in my way.
Couple that with the fact that when I do use one, it tends to be for certain, short sections and they either get flung or dropped afterwards. In a 3/4 hour set, I use a plectrum for, ooh, 10 minutes in total and get through 4 maybe 5. You never find them all again afterwards.
I thought I'd try these and they are functionally identical to my usual .96 picks but without the price and big name. My next order will include another pack. They're comfy to hold with a slight matte finish that suits me. For a euro for a pack, can you really go wrong?

Raccomended
Pa828 09.08.2015
I personally raccomend this pick set. It is extremely cheap but the quality is far higher that the price suggests. Every guitar player has his own opinion about picks, personally I like the feeling and high durability of these ones. As you know the picks are never enough, and a large number of picks ensures a fast turnover and an higher quality of picking, I have stopped to use very old picks after the discover of this set; it is exactly the same argument valid for other guitar accessories such as the strings, I prefer a slightly lower quality product always at the top rather than an expensive but worn one.

Why buy anything else?
petermark222 04.10.2023
People always lose their picks, that's a fact. I used to use the same kind of picks but from another brand, and to be honest, i couldn't tell the difference between them blindfolded.

If you like these type of picks, buy these Harley Benton ones, and save a bunch of money in the long run!
