Okay pot
JensWel 20.10.2022
Redone wiring / pickups on Squier Tele. Needed possibility to go single-coil on installed humbuckers. These pots do the job, but are to light / fast in action for my playing - I easily hit pot and turn down volume. So I can not recommend these pots, as they answer too fast for me.

Cheap, but it works..
Viper2097 25.02.2014
Bought this because I needed a push-pull pot and i was ordering anyway here. So what can I say... it works and it does what it should, BUT the pot is very cheap quality. It is very easy to roll and also has some play when you turn it. Also the pot is not complete closed. Will replace it with a higher quality one when I will find one, unfortunately this is the only p/p pot here with that dimensions.

Feels slightly flimsy but solid until now.
Liukke 26.02.2021
I've mounted on my BC Rich and now I've split my humbuckers.
Soldered it myself, everything went well, no complaints about the electrical part.
The knob feels just ever so slightly flimsy...when I rotate it it doesn't have the same "drag" of the other pot, feels lighter and easier to rotate.
Also the spring for the push-pull is rather easy to engage and disengage (maybe if you pull it don't bang on the guitar :'D) but other than that it does the job.

L
sturdy long lasting
LexLeeds 20.03.2017
I think harley benton is following the foot steps of behringer and it is becoming a more reliable line of products every year
bought the above piece of kit for self installing in a 7 string harley benton that carries a dimarzio dp sonic 7
doesn't cut off any sonic juices when installed , so true bypass' , efficient in the pulled position, like any other , i. e. chapman ml3 satin, which comes with one 'stock already installed'

would only go for a more expensive one if mandatory, recording purposes or if installing it in an above 1000£ guitar but then it would have to have gold plated connectors, which most 1000£ guitars do not have anyway

Good for learning, will probably upgrade in future though
Cob 26.04.2017
I got this to learn with becasue I didn't want to ruin an expensive push pull. It works fine. I might upgrade it it in future to something better. I'd prefer a linear pot and a stiffer turn. But for now I'll leave it untill the urge takes me.

The problems I had with it were that the lugs on the switch part are really small so it was a little bit fiddly to get the connections in. Not a deal breaker though.

The pot is very very easy to turn though, I'm sure some people might like this, I'd rather it was a bit more stable though.

Was the same size as the alpha pots I was replacing, in terms of the thread width and pole length.

Just works
Bo E. 24.04.2019
Wanted to mod my telecaster with two humbuckers so I can split the coils into single coils.
This is by far the cheapest push pull pot out there and having great experiences with other Harley Benton products I didn't hesitate.
Quality is great, the pot itself maybe turns a little bit too easy but doesn't bother me at all, it actually quite matched the other two pots in my tele.

Only negative I can maybe point out is the fact that it has only a normal washer and not a "tightening washer" if you all know what I mean.

Sounds good, feels cheap
tsteven 16.10.2022
Bought as a tone pot, and coil split in one.
Pros are that it sounds good, no scratches or pops, and has a good smooth curve to the tone rolloff.
Cons are that it takes a lot of effort to pull out, makes a loud bang when it does. And the pot itself has absolutely no turning resistance, you can blow on it and it will turn.
That said, I don't know if I'd sped 3 times as much for something that feels a bit tighter but sounds the same.

Decent push pull, occasional QC issues
_Elliott 03.10.2023
Had some small QC issues with this pot going scratchy after about 6 months. Couldn't fix it with contact cleaner but Thomann support was as amazing as usual and sent out a replacement for me to use!
