HB guitar output socket
No cons whatsoever. Nice weight well finished. All telecasters should come with these as standard.
I put it on a HB TE30 guitar. Fits very well. Only i have to fill the old holes in. Very tough and solid should last many years !

cheap replacement part that does the job
You only need to pay attention to the origin of your instrument (has it been rooted and setup with "metric parts" or imperial ones (damn US, unable to use standard units)

Great Quality Tele Jackplate
