It's a Keeper
Another great guitar from HB. Out of the box it was very well set up. Intonation, action, nut all good. I just stretched the strings and tuned it up.
I am not really a relic person, but I was attracted by the reported light weights (mine is 7lb3oz) and very thin finish as well as the C neck profile. The fret ends are just slightly noticeable if being critical but not to an extent which you would feel when playing. I'll give them a little sanding when I change the strings (which seem very nice BTW).
The tone control rolls off evenly, however the volume is pretty much "off" when dialled half way.
All in all a quality T-style. I might just offload my Fender Vintera 50's

Pretty awesome tele!
I'm quite impressed, I have some experience with teles (boutique, MIM, Road worn 50s... but not custom shop F) and this is a really nice guitar, plays great out of the box, nice to look at, too! It amazes me that it's that good for the money you pay. Btw, my first HB, I must admit that earlier I was a cork-sniffer, somewhat judgemental towards HB but I changed my mind with this tele, bravo HB!
Now, I know I don't need my 22nd guitar but that candy red over sunburst Jazzmaster sure looks nice 😉
