A dark and affordable splash
The lack of lathing, the random hammering and the raw finish generate a dry, dark, rich and earthy sound ? the opposite of the sound of breaking glass that comes out of the major part of the splashes. It looks more robust than the average 12?? splash. It sounds OK by itself but I?ve been using it under a Zildjian 12?? Spiral Stacker and they make a good match, mixing brightness and darkness.

Dit is snel mijn favoriete splash geworden. Veel splash bekkens hebben nauwelijks klank, klinken meer alsof je een pandeksel op de grond gooit. Dit bekken heeft een fijne mix tussen attack en klank.
