Jeff Archer
Great overdrive pedal and being used by Mr. Beck R.I.P. in recent times had to have one, you cannot set this wrong very well made and sounds wonderful in all settings !

Exactly what i was looking for
I use "The Jeff" as a second stage OD stacked after a transparent OD and does exactly what is supposed to do. I was astonished because i was able to retreive immediately the sound i was looking for without too much tweaking.
as a plus it is well build and feels incredibly solid

Great Klon clone.
Probably one of the best Klon alternatives/clones.
Jeff's version is slightly different than other J. Rockett versions.
Beware it has a lot of level (volume)! Intended for live performances it is a loud pedal. Great for clean boost but it's charm is when well driven.
Perfect when used to push a valve amp already at edge of breakup. Sounds gorgeous!

In the eternal search for the right drive tested this and Archer Ikon. JB has maybe less overdrive, but more bass and sustain. That was what I needed for Strat solos. Overdrive sound is nyanceful, also the buffer keeps the natural sound correct. Maybe the best use is booster for singing solos with bright guitar and already little bit distorted amp or second overdrive.
Handling was great as usual, features are all you could expect and need, not complicated.
