Great overall with a minor drawback...
Overall, this is a great product, great quality, light. My only minor complaint is the springs are so strong that I find it hard to open up to set something in it quickly (I use it for harmonicas and the soma Pipe mouthpiece!).
It's extremely good if you just put something in it for a long time. If you need to change harmonicas quickly, you need to come up with a better technique than mine, 'cause I find it awkward to loosen it up.

Good design, but not for me
I was looking to upgrade my harmonica holder and this looked like a quality product. It is, it is well designed and works well. Unfortunately for me it is not quite long enough from pivot to holder position, meaning the harmonica is just a little too low. If you're tall, I'm 6' 3' you may struggle with this. Other than that this is a good piece of kit and I especially liked the two tightening screws which were comfortable and easy to use.

Ok
I find this an ok harmonica holder. it certainly holds the harmonica well in place. What I dont like so much is the limited range of positions you can make the holder take. However, this is the first harminica holder I've had so maybe compared to others, it holds up well.

K&M 164/16 Harmonica Holder
thats exactly what you expect from K&M. super good quality. easy handling and comfortable.
i guess it is made from steel. it looks and feels nearly unbreakable. the screw to fix the position is made from plastic but feels also that strong. easily to handle with the right grip. perfect to readjust between the songs if you have wet hands. the bridge and the springs have enough power to hold your harp proberly but they are not too strong to change the harp easily with one hand. the rack wich hold the whole thing on your neck is really comfortable with its rubber finish and the harp stays the whole time in place.
a must for every musician who use the harp parallel to guitar or bass or anyhing else!

Does the job, and well
Following a pretty bad attempt at making one of these myself, I decided to invest in something a bit better!
This does the job perfectly, I read some reviews on other harp holders, and many people have said the screws do not tighten sufficiently or become loose, I have not had this problem with this holder. The arms do not fall down, even with vigorous playing.
The springs hold the harp in position firmly, with no movement, and the rubber grips add to the stability, whilst giving you peace of mind without worrying about scratching or just general damaging.
I would recommend this product over any others about, it is low cost, good quality, and does everything that it needs to do!

Well made and comfortable
Manufactured with sturdy grade materials it feels solid, yet light enough. The tightening knobs are positive and engage really well. Feels comfortable when playing with the added security that the harmonica is held securely. Recommended.

Slips to the side
This is perfect except that for sone reason it often slips sideways, my older one never did that, can’t work out the difference

Excellent for the price
Have used this live for quite a long time now. The product is very durable and adjustable. I would definitely recommend for any of my fellow harmonica players.
Solid product, very happy with this purchase.

A must for budding Dylans
Good strong springs mean that this will not release your harp inadvertently. Also the tightening screws allow for easy adjustment of angle. Padding on the neck piece is adequate and while no way luxurious is reasonably comfortable. The possible adjustments are limited but luckily the unit fits me well (I'm 6ft tall). Also fits my 8 year old son so in spite of limited adjustment I assume it's sufficiently flexible to suit most people. I'm happy with it.
