I Love These stands!
So yeah i love these stands. They are the perfect combination of heavy but not too heavy so i can still take them around with me without breaking my spine.
They go really high while still being really solid and stable. so are perfect for drum overheads, but they also go really low so when you run out of micro booms you can still mic up a Guitar cab or kick drum.
the telescoping boom arm is one of the main reasons i got these, just really convenient 1) for unscrewing mic clips and 2) for keeping out the way when you don't need such a long extension.
another reason i got these is because the wing nut to adjust the angle is a solid piece rather than some of the other ones which have the sliding T bar thing which rattles around.
also you can take the boom section off and just have it as a straight stand, so that means when I'm tracking vocals i can attach my se reflection filter straight on it rather than use the awful mounting system it comes with
I'm panning on getting another few of these stands just because there awesome and i never have to worry about them slipping/falling over/making noise, just set it and forget it and worry about more important things!

K&M quality
Fantastic quality with an extending boom which makes it nice & compact.
It's also strong enough to hold 2 condenser mics mounted on a stereo bar unlike some of the chapter options.
Great service from Thomann too

Robust, durable
Great stand for the price. I've been using it for a few years already, never had any trouble :)

Really good.
I use this stand in live and in the studio for vocals, OH and room mics. For really heavy OH you should probably be careful, but they will work if you don't set them up in a "extreme" position. With K&M you can't go wrong, really good quality.

Great and stable mic stand
If you are looking for something sturdy and stable, this stand is the right choice. This thing is pretty heavy and this is a good factor for stability, thanks to some weight placed at the bottom. The whole structure is pretty durable and all pieces work together perfectly and smoothly, even in "rushy" situations.
This model has a short boom arm: it is good when you don't have a lot of space (like a small studio) or simply you won't too many stands or parts around. Definitely a good item to have.

Can't Fault It!
This is a great mic stand, built to a high standard. It's heavy enough to give stability and the tightening bolts stay in place with NO issues. Also the matt black finish is noticebly better than all the other stands I've had in the past. Thanks again to Thomann.

Solid
If you can afford it, get it. It's solid, which makes such a massive difference in the long run.

High Quality Product
Finally I learned to stop buying cheap mic stands. K&M stands are worth the money
