Good product, terrible handling/delivery

I got it and was a bit afraid because it had no reviews. It works perfect, sound deep and rounded.
It was used for an outside party and worked perfectly for the purpose.
The quality of the case paint I think could be a bit better.
Worst thing was the handling of the product: the delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. The issue seems to be that the handling company (SEUR) wasn’t prepared to handled a package this big and they gave me a lot of issues to deliver. They didn’t treat the package as fragile and to bring it to a second floor they roll it up the stair way. A DISASTER.
Please Thomann, for big packages make sure that the transportation companies know about the product so they bring the necessary resources to deliver in good conditions.

In my opinion these subs are underpowered. When paired with Icoa15A, they are lacking in volume. Build quality is good. Handles etc. are well made which makes it easier to move them. It's a very large unit which is normal. When you add castors, they rattle and vibrate a lot once the sub is in use. A removable wheel board would have been a better solution.
