Really Nice FX
I really love this, can be used in many occasions, to make some fast fx or during a long time as a solo improvisation.
The size is perfect, small and also it's have a great sound.
I have both sizes and use more this one because the sound is not so loud as the other and i can use more and without be worry about be too loud at mic

Sound interesting but little resistant material
This instrument has an interesting sound but little resitente material.
I used quite a few times and it is damaged! Its duration is reduced when used often ... but that's what it serves! Quite like the sound, excellent when compared to others.

Excellent dynamics and build quality
Very easy to make subtle dynamics and expressive sounds. No complaints, just does what I hoped for.

Sounds good, but the material rust easily
I brought this Flex-A-Tone and keep it in a plastic drawer under the normal room temperature (away from sun or heat etc) for half a year, it starts to rust on the metal plate surface. Luckily it doesn't affect the sound quality.

Flexible Tone!
The LP 1-5 Flex-A-Tone Standard creates an instantly recognisable yet exotic sound. I've found this to be an invaluable addition to my arsenal of interesting and unusual percussion. Great for dub reggae and disco tracks!
