Eine geniale Erfindung, wenn es darum geht, seinen Ansatz zu verbessern, sowie eine solide Atemstütze aufzubauen. Es macht genau das was es soll. Nur wenige Kleinigkeiten sind zu "bemängeln" (wenn man es so nennen kann):

- Das Gewinde, an dem man dreht, damit man die eingesetzte Feder Spannen oder entspannen kann ist sehr fein, wenn nicht zu fein. Will man das Gerät vom einen Extrem ins andere drehen, ist man länger beschäftigt und riskiert einen Krampf im Unterarm.

- Auf Tuben mit sehr weiter Mensur und großem Mundrohr, passt der Adapter zwar drauf, verläuft aber am Schaft zu schmal, als das er richtig dicht machen könnte, also pfeifft etwas Luft raus (Festgestellt bei Melton Spezial 45 QH-L).

Trotz dieser Kritik ist das Produkt jedoch mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.

Für Tuba ziemlich nutzlos

Ich nutze den Adapter mit der F-Tuba3100 von B&S sowie mit der B-Tuba GR51.
Eigentlich ja eine nützliche Erfindung, aber aufgrund des hohen Gewichtes von Tubamundstücken funktioniert der Rückschub bei eingedrückter Feder nur von Hand. Das ist sehr nervig. Außerdem ist der Druck, den man aufbauen muss, damit der Adapter überhaupt auslöst, auch bei leichtester Federeinstellung schon recht hoch und entfaltet so seine Wirkung erst ab dem oberen Bereich der kleinen Oktave.
Kaum gekauft, liegt er bei mir leider nur noch rum.
